Every Spider-Man villain (except from Tom Holland films) Ranked

 Spider-Man villains ranked worst to best.

Spider-man has a lot of good villains in the films. who is the best one? here's my opinion.

13: Rhino (Amazing Spider-Man 2.)

Rhino is the worst one because he is in the movie for MAYBE ten minutes. He has NO value to the story WHATSOEVER. Besides the last scene. Rhino is NOT a good villain. he was meant to be the villain of ASM3 but... Canceled.

12: Venom (Spider-man 3)

Venom was not used well in SM3.  He is overshadowed by the other villains in this movie and does not come close to being the main villain. they could have used Venom SO much better than this.

11: Green goblin (Amazing Spider-Man 2.)

I do not like the idea of making a new Goblin just to kill Gwen Stacy. I know that they planned for him to lead the Sinister Six in the next movie but guess what it was...canceled! So, he was in the amazing movies just to kill Gwen. while he is in the best scene in the movie all the other villains just top him.

10: New Goblin (Spider-Man 3)

New Goblin was pretty unnecessary. why not add hobgoblin? Harry Osborn as Green Goblin in the movies never really worked out. Norman was WAY better. Harry was better as a supporting character than villain in SM3. Harry... leave the glider at home next time.

9: Electro (Amazing Spider-Man 2)

ASM2 had too many villains. Electro is the only good ASM2 villain. All the others...yeah...no.

ASM2 had a cluttered story and you had almost no idea what was going on. the other villains where there for 1 reason. Electro was the main villain and the best one from the film.

8: Olivia Octavius (Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse)

This Ock is actually not that bad. The other villains just top her. Olivia is the Ock of Miles Morales world. The other villains from the animated movies are also on this list. Olivia enters the movie after Peter B. Parker infiltrates Alchamex to steal data to destroy a collider. She is a pretty good adversary for Peter and Miles.

7: Lizard (Amazing Spider-Man)

The Lizard is the only villain in ASM. he is also the best villain from the amazing movies. Doc Connors says that he plans to make humans better. by turning them into lizards... he kills captain Stacy and is a good adversary.

6: Sandman (Spider-Man 3)

the hidden killer of Uncle Ben is the real main villain of SM3. He is a lot in the story and beats the other 2 villains by a long shot. Sandman is not overshadowed by any villain in this movie as the other 2 were. he is a pretty good villain and important to the storyline (which was pretty good.)

5: The Prowler (Spider-Man into the Spider-Verse)

Prowler is not a true villain in his last scene but before that he is a great villain. Prowler always is pretty good because of the fact that his nephew is his enemy. Miles vs Prowler is always a classic bout. This version of Prowler is my personal favorite.

4: Kingpin (Spider-Man into the Spider-Verse)

Kingpin is the main villain of SMISV. his motive is to bring back his family who were killed in a car accident. he uses his wealth to cover up his misdeeds. and he even threw a fake Spider-Man memorial party?! Kingpin overall is a pretty good villain and fights well too.

3: Doc Ock (Spider-Man 2)

This was a super hard choice for the top 3 on this list. Ock gets 3d in the list and ONLY because the last 2 are INCREDIBLE villains. Spider-Man 2 is one of my favorite movies of all time. Ock had something to do with that. His motivation is to recreate an experiment that fused his arms to him. He is successful but the result could destroy the city. Ock is a great villain and is required for the story and makes it better.

2: Green Goblin (Spider-Man)

Gobby is 100% the best live action villain in Spider-Man. the whole dual personality thing is a great addition to Norman. "First we attack his heart!" that line is one of the reasons Gobby is awesome in the film. Norman is intent on getting Spider-Man to join him and rule NY. eventually Norman decides to take Peter out and the result is one of the best fights I have ever seen. I actually watched some of this movie the day I wrote this!

1: The Spot (Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse)

I know what some of you may be thinking "The Spot?! really!?"  YES. HE IS JUST THAT GOOD. The Spot is treated as a joke at the beginning of the movie. He blames Miles for what happened to him. and he says he created Miles by getting the spider that bit him from earth-42. Spot powers himself up and says: "I'm gonna take everything from you. Just like you took everything from me. See you back home... Spider-Man." He is NO JOKE. Spot is the number 1 Spidey film villain.
