Alien Earth: In Space, No one.....: I've seen this before......

 Overview

Alien Earth's 5th episode is easily the best one yet. Massive character development for everyone, well who lives, and the effects and plot is great. It's basically a remake of Alien and one of my favorite TV episodes I've ever seen.

Plot

This episode's plot takes place on the Maginot. Before it crashes into earth, yes its a prelude. Morrow takes center stage and that plays off perfectly. Morrow's backstory is very similar to Ellen Ripley's and also tragic. This episode is dark and has expert storytelling. Morrow has a much similar problem to the original movie. There is someone working to sabotage the ship, engineers are complaining about shares again and aliens are on the loose.
But everyone's favorite eyeball also has a major role. The eye appears to actually try to save some crew members, and even fights the Xenomorph.  New characters are introduced (Although they obviously all die in the end) But still they are all based off of characters from the iconic original Alien movie. Morrow is put right in the middle of this chaos as he has to manage containing multiple Aliens and finding the saboteur, along with staying alive.
Each character is used surprising well considering their short lifespans. The plot for this one is full of twists and turns and one of the best yet.

Characters

Morrow and the Eye are the only characters who stick around in this episode who have development, aside from another who is a massive spoiler. Morrow solidifies himself as the best character in Alien: Earth with incredible character development along with another great performance from Ceesay. The eye is shown to actually have incredible amounts of intelligence and is becoming more and more of a fan favorite.

The temporary characters have very short introductions but all are based off of the original Alien characters. Meaning after the situation is explained there is no real reason for further introductions into these characters. although it would be interesting had some of them survived, but all the characters deaths are probably for the best long term. Morrow and the Eye are the most important here and that pays off. this episode also has some massive plot twists that lead to much more story progression.

A Minecraft movie review

Overview A Minecraft movie should be retitled to "A MemeCraft Movie." The movie is severely damaged by its generic and uninspired plot, ridiculous acting, boring characters, and basically is just one big internet meme. And to make matters worse, the visual effects don't look as good as they should. Plot A Minecraft Movie suffers from a bland traditional action movie plot that feels incredibly rushed along. The plot follows Steve as he goes to a mine, finds an "orb" and goes to the overworld where an evil Piglin witch is trying to use it to destroy the overworld and Steve has to stop it with help from a bunch of forgettable characters from the real world. Before everything "Withers and Dies" The whole thing is paper thin. The Piglins All of the plot is predictable and so ridiculously rushed it's hard to tell what's going on. First there's one fight and then in 10 minutes Steve is running from a massive Piglin "Hog" with almost ...

Secret Level: Unreal Tournament: XAN episode review.

Pre-Opinion As someone who has never played Unreal Tournament (I was always a Quake guy.) This was still the coolest looking episode. Out of all the games in Secret Level I've only ever played Mega Man and DnD. But I went with UT first and I was not disappointed. Plot The episode begins with a Liandri corporation mining group booting up a Mech team. One green robot fails its startup process and must reboot. A nearby miner starts whacking the green robot with a wrench. This damages the robot and sort of unlocks his free will. Over time we see the green robot (Xan) Witness the Liandri corporation miners kill and damage the other robots. And Xan survives each workday. Until one day he decides to take action. Xan attacks the miner holding the controls for all the other robots and they fight back. The Arena of the Unreal Tournament. Xan and his mechanical allies destroy the mining outpost but are captured shortly after. We then see that Xan copied the robot control code and is ...
